Our Terms & Conditions:

We have divided the companies in two categories A, B, which belong the company employee size, all the charges will be fixed by us according to company employee’s strength. Which are being mentioned below.

Category A-  Companies which have more than 100 employees that is the A category company and it will be chared 8.33% consultancy charges of yearly salary package  from those, excluding service tax.

A size company is assured for three months stability of per selected candidate, if any case the candidate leave the job within this period, we will provide a free replacement of a such candidate who have approximately same package or same designation.

Category B- Companies which have below than 100 employees but more than 50 employees that is the B Category company, it will be charged 6% of annual salary package from those excluding service tax.

B size company is assured for three months stability of per selected candidate, if any case the candidate leave the job within this period, we will provide a free replacement of a such candidate, who have approximately same package or same designation.

Category C-  companies which have below than 50 employees but more than 20 employees that are the C category company, and that companies will be charged 50% of one month gross salary excluding service tax

C size company is assured for three months stability of per selected candidate, if any case the candidate leave the job within this period we will provide a free replacement of a such candidate who have approximately same package or same designation.

Category D-  Companies which have below than 20 employees, those are the D category company and that companies will be charged 50% of one month gross salary of candidate

D size company is assured for one month stability of per selected candidate, if any case the candidate leave the job within this time period, client will not liable for pay us any charges of him, but after one of the candidate joining, we will no any liability of replacement and reimbursment of the left candidate. 

All the consultancy charges exclude with the service tax or country related tax conditions.

 

Terms and conditions which will same for all category related companies.

A size company is assured for three months stability of per selected candidate, if any case the candidate leave the job within this period we will provide a free replacement of a such candidate, who have approximately same package or same designation. 

If our any candidate is rejected in your company,then Next six month you will not touch him for any job opportunity, get any references or any other company related work like freelancing for your company. if the candidate is selected by you within the six month, he will be considered our candidate only. 

if any other candidate comes with our candidate for the interview he will be considered our candidate only.  

 

Terms and conditions which are the same for all categories companies.

All categories companies will have to pay our consultancy charges within a week after raise the bill from our side, which will be sent after one month from the date of joining of the candidate.

- In any case if Candidate leaves the job within the committed time-period, a
replacement will be provided free of cost to the Company.

- First month is the probation period and if you realize that candidate is not good according to your expectations, you may terminate him in this period. We will not raise any consultancy charges in this condition. But if the candidate has been terminated by the management after one month, we will not liable for any replacement. So company will be terminated to the candidate within one month after date of joining of the candidate.

 

Some conditions when we will not give any replacement:

If the company does not inform us within one week about giving up the job by the candidate.

Either company terminates the candidate or the candidate is asked for resignation after probation period.

The candidate leaves the job of the ground of health problem e.g. death, permanent disability and long time bad rest etc. etc.

If the company generates such conditions which had to make the candidate leave the Job.

If the company merge with the other company or taken over by the other company. 

Note-  Company will not disclose our proffessional charge with our candidates and your company employee.
